The North British Distillery Company Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to drive safe, efficient warehousing operations in West Calder.

You will lead a team of Warehouse Operators, ensuring daily and weekly targets align with the approved plan while controlling costs and upholding safety and quality standards.

You will apply your leadership and communication skills to train, develop and manage staff, conduct risk assessments, and maintain compliance with HMRC, COMAH, HSE and ISO9001.
