The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic dietitian to join our large department within the medical inpatient ward team. This post would suit a newly qualified band 5 dietitian and contains a mixed caseload of medical and complex care wards. The post holder will be working closely with our existing band 5's in managing a wide variety of clinical conditions seen across the Trust.
There would be an expectation that this post holder would be involved in training student dietitians from both Plymouth and Birmingham City Universities, on completion of the clinical supervisory skills course.
We offer a variety of in house CPD opportunities, clinical supervision and preceptorships for newly qualified staff.
To provide a dietetic service to specified wards at NBT such as complex medical and elderly care of the elderly.
To provide cover during annual leave and unplanned leave to a variety of clinical areas.
To deliver education and training on nutrition-related topics to a range of health professionals, students and patients.
To contribute to implementation of the Trust Nutrition and Hydration strategy.
