About the Practice
North Brink Practice is a high‑performing, training and teaching model that protects clinical quality, supports development and brings back enjoyment to being a GP. We are part of the Wisbech Primary Care Network and actively shape integrated neighbourhood care. The team works collaboratively with allied healthcare professionals to address patient needs efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage a flexible and varied clinical workload with minimal clinical admin, supported by workflow tools
- Collaborate with an extended multi‑disciplinary team (pharmacists, ANPs, ACPs, physios, mental health practitioners, paramedics, HCAs)
- Take on clinical leadership and mentoring opportunities tailored to your interests
- Contribute to service development and population health projects
- Develop a specialist interest (e.g. minor surgery, women’s health, diabetes, respiratory, MSK, frailty, mental health or your own)

- PCN involvement: Strongly engaged in Wisbech PCN & Integrated Neighbourhood Teams
- Team composition: GP Partners, Salaried GPs, ANPs, ACPs, Clinical Pharmacists, FCPs, Mental Health Practitioners, Nurses, Nursing Associates, HCAs, on‑site pharmacy, teaching hub for medical students, FY2s, GP registrars
- Quality: CQC Good, high QOF achievement, innovative access and triage model

Essential
- Current full GMC Registration
- Inclusion in the GMC GP register
- Evidence of CPD and post‑registration training
- Excellent patient manner and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills, adaptable to GP clinical systems
- Experience of working within a primary health care team and across boundaries
- High level of personal integrity, self‑belief, self‑awareness and ability to self‑manage
- Capability to lead, organise and develop teams effectively
Desirable
- Experience of undertaking audit in general practice
- Working in specialist clinical areas
- Use of SystmOne clinical system
- Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners
