NORTH BRINK PRACTICE PATIENT SERVICES TEAM
Are you self-motivated and enthusiastic? If you are, we want to hear from you. We are looking for people who can work full-time in our busy, fast-paced Patient Services Team. The role is initially focused in our repeats team, call centre, reception and administration teams.
We are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills β verbally via the telephone or face to face with effective listening and written skills
- Competent with IT β excellent data entry skills
- The ability to follow processes and procedures
- A passion for providing effective and professional customer service
- Strong work ethic, reliable and punctual
- Ability and willingness to go that extra mile
Hours and holidays:
- Full-time = 37.5 hours a week
- 38 days (including 8 bank holidays)
