Overview: We’re partnering with a leading global financial services firm to hire a Recruitment Coordinator to join their London team. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving the hiring process forward, owning candidate coordination, and partnering closely with recruiters across multiple business areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews (phone, video, and onsite) across multiple time zones
- Partner closely with recruiters to manage candidate logistics, timelines, and overall hiring processes
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
- Maintain and track candidate pipelines within a web-based applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Liaise with hiring teams to collect interview feedback and determine next steps
- Support offer creation and manage candidate communication through the pre-onboarding process
- Assist with recruitment and HR-related projects, including process improvements, reporting, and documentation
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth interview coordination
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required
- ~1–2 years of professional experience (HR, recruitment, or similar preferred; internships considered)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong sense of urgency with excellent follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (experience scheduling interviews is a plus)
