Citadel is seeking driven, detail-oriented individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to kick-start their HR career in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the candidate experience and supporting the end-to-end hiring process across a variety of business areas. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates, acting as the key point of contact throughout the interview and onboarding journey.
What You’ll Do:
- Support full-cycle recruiting efforts by partnering closely with internal recruiters across business functions.
- Schedule and coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews with candidates, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain candidate data in our applicant tracking system.
- Collect and organize feedback from interviewers and help drive timely hiring decisions.
- Prepare offer letters and manage communications with candidates through the pre-onboarding stage.
- Lead and contribute to key recruiting and HR initiatives, including process documentation, candidate tracking, and survey management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Previous internship or full-time experience in a corporate or professional setting.
- Experience in recruiting or HR is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; familiarity with calendar coordination is a plus.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High attention to detail, with a commitment to follow-through and problem-solving.
- Self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a team.
