We're looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial 360 Recruitment Consultant who wants more than just another desk. Remote/hybrid option with office space in Covent Garden. This is an opportunity to join a growing business where you'll have the autonomy to build your own market, build upon existing customer base, develop long-term client relationships, and take full ownership of revenue generation from business development through placement.

Success here comes from initiative, curiosity, commercial thinking, and the ability to create opportunities where others see obstacles. You'll have the freedom to shape your approach, build your network, and establish yourself as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates. If you're motivated by ownership, impact, and the opportunity to help build a business rather than simply work for one, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive business development, networking, referrals, social selling, market mapping, and targeted outreach.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR stakeholders across your market.
  • Develop a deep understanding of your clients' businesses, growth plans, hiring challenges, and talent needs.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase market share through exceptional service and consultative partnership.
  • Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition and vacancy qualification through candidate sourcing, offer negotiation, and placement.
  • Source, engage, assess, and manage high-quality talent using a combination of networking, referrals, direct sourcing, and AI-enabled recruitment tools.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and provide consultative guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage offer negotiations and facilitate successful outcomes for both clients and candidates.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of clients, vacancies, and candidates to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Stay informed on market trends, hiring activity, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability within your specialist sector.
  • Utilise AI, automation, and market intelligence tools to improve productivity, sourcing effectiveness, and business development efforts.
  • Take full ownership of your desk performance, revenue generation, and market growth strategy.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience operating in a 360 recruitment environment with responsibility for both business development and candidate delivery.
  • A proven track record of generating new business and growing client relationships.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build, grow, and own your success.
  • Confidence engaging senior decision-makers and developing relationships at all levels of an organisation.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for growth within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • A self-sufficient and proactive approach. You are comfortable creating momentum without constant direction or oversight.
  • Curiosity, resilience, and the ability to navigate challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Comfort leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance sourcing, business development, and client engagement.
  • A desire to contribute to the growth of a business where your impact will be visible and meaningful.

Why Join North Bridge?

  • Build a business within a business.
  • Greater autonomy and ownership than you'll find in a large recruitment organisation.
  • Annual trip to Chicago, New York or Miami.
  • Opportunity to become London Team Lead as headcount grows.
  • Direct exposure to international clients and access to leadership and the opportunity to influence the future growth of the company.
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial culture focused on results, trust, and growth.
