We’re partnering with a leading global financial services firm to hire a Recruitment Coordinator to join their London team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to build within recruitment and gain hands-on experience in a high-performing, fast-paced environment.
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving the hiring process forward, owning candidate coordination, and partnering closely with recruiters across multiple business areas.
- Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews (phone, video, and onsite) across multiple time zones
- Maintain and track candidate pipelines within a web-based applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with recruitment and HR-related projects, including process improvements, reporting, and documentation
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required
- 1–2 years of professional experience (HR, recruitment, or similar preferred; internships considered)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (experience scheduling interviews is a plus)
- Interest in building a long-term career in recruitment or HR
Scheduling-heavy role with increasing exposure to broader recruitment initiatives over time
