Citadel is seeking driven, detail-oriented individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to kick-start their HR career in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the candidate experience and supporting the end-to-end hiring process across a variety of business areas.

  • Schedule and coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews with candidates, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain candidate data in our applicant tracking system.
  • Collect and organize feedback from interviewers and help drive timely hiring decisions.
  • Lead and contribute to key recruiting and HR initiatives, including process documentation, candidate tracking, and survey management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous internship or full-time experience in a corporate or professional setting.
  • Experience in recruiting or HR is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
