EXPERIENCED RESIN-BOUND INSTALLER North Bound Surfacing Ltd Location: Greater Manchester & Surrounding Areas Rate: Competitive day rate, dependent on experience Engagement Type: Self-Employed Subcontractor (CIS) Working Days: Monday–Friday, with additional weekend work available About the Opportunity North Bound Surfacing Ltd is looking for an experienced and reliable Resin-Bound Installer to work with our growing team across Greater Manchester. We specialise in high-quality driveways, patios and landscaping projects and are seeking someone with proven experience in resin-bound surfacing who takes pride in delivering an excellent finish. The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of the resin installation process, be confident working as part of an experienced team and consistently deliver work to a high standard. Key Responsibilities * Carry out professional resin-bound installations on driveways, patios and pathways. * Accurately mix resin and aggregates to manufacturer specifications. * Lay, spread and trowel resin-bound materials to achieve a smooth, consistent finish. * Ensure correct installation depths, levels and falls. * Complete detailed finishing around edges, drainage channels, manhole covers and other features. * Identify and address issues with surface preparation before installation. * Maintain high standards of workmanship, site safety and cleanliness. * Work efficiently with other installers to complete projects within agreed timescales. Experience & Requirements * Proven experience installing resin-bound surfacing is essential. * Strong knowledge of resin mixing ratios, laying techniques and finishing methods. * Ability to achieve consistent levels, depths and high-quality finishes. * Experience working on residential driveways, patios and pathways. * Good understanding of suitable base preparation and resin installation requirements. * Reliable, hardworking and excellent attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Full UK driving licence preferred. * CIS registration preferred, with relevant details required for verification where applicable.
