We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for greeting customers and explaining the menu, taking orders and passing them to the Kitchen Team. You will collect payment and create a clean and orderly restaurant by clearing and cleaning tables. Your interpersonal skills will make a great impression on customers. Your contribution to Health and Safety will ensure you keep you and your colleagues safe at work.

Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
  • Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and utensils.

Skills

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred, but we will offer full training to inexperienced, motivated applicants.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team setting.
  • A friendly disposition with a genuine desire to assist customers.
  • Flexibility to work Saturday or Sunday shifts as required - to be discussed.
