We are currently looking for an experienced Retail Manager to lead our team in the Northlink Shopping Centre, Christchurch.

Responsibilities:
- You will need to be confident managing a team of enthusiastic retail assistants, working to meet and exceed revenue targets and pushing for superior customer service every day.
Qualifications:
- Two years relevant experience
- Great team leadership experience
- Friendly but firm personality
- A passion for fashion
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Highly organised
- Willingness to help out with anything and everything
Schedule:
- Working Tuesday to Saturday, 43 hours per week, public holidays and must be available to work the Christmas Trading Period.
