North Beach is excited to announce we are opening a brand-new store at Northlink Shopping Centre in April 2026.

Location: Christchurch - Northlink

Position Type: Full time

Roles Available:

  • Assistant Manager – Sunday to Thursday, 40-43 hours per week
  • Section Manager – 5 days per week including one weekend day, 40-43 hours per week (two positions)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing support, mentoring, training and guidance to your staff to drive results
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets, taking responsibility for sales and GP%, coming up with initiatives to improve performance
  • Collaborating with our Regional Managers, Merchandisers and Head Office staff to continually increase store turnover

You must be available to work public holidays and throughout the Christmas trade period. If you’re ready to step up and take on a rewarding role where no two days are the same, our Regional Manager would love to meet you!
