North Bay Group are seeking 3 experienced and dedicated Regional Quality Managers to lead quality, compliance, and excellence across our portfolio of care homes. The roles will cover North West / Cheshire and Yorkshire regions. This is a pivotal role where you will influence care standards, support leadership teams, and ensure residents receive the highest quality of residential, dementia, and nursing care.

About the Role

As Regional Quality Manager, you will work closely with Regional Directors and Home Managers to monitor, support, and enhance care delivery. You’ll play a key role in ensuring services consistently achieve “Good” or “Outstanding” outcomes while embedding a culture of person-centred care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead quality assurance and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and performance reviews across multiple sites
  • Drive improvements in clinical outcomes including falls prevention, infection control, and nutrition
  • Support Home Managers with action plans, coaching, and leadership development
  • Promote best practice in residential, dementia, and nursing care
  • Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and incident investigation
  • Build strong relationships with regulators, local authorities, and healthcare partners
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across services

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in health and social care quality or compliance roles
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g. CQC)
  • Proven ability to support and influence multi-site teams
  • Passion for person-centred care and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
