We are currently recruiting for Support Workers who shares our values and commitment to empowering people to thrive.
Provide compassionate, respectful, and tailored support to individuals, helping them achieve their personal goals and aspirations.
You will work collaboratively with a skilled multidisciplinary team to deliver care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Support individuals who may present with behaviours of concern, using trauma-informed and positive behaviour support approaches.
Champion inclusion, choice, and meaningful engagement in daily life and community activities.
While contributing to care planning, risk assessments, and reviews, ensuring the voice of the person is central to all decisions.
