Temporary for 12 months. We may conduct our interviews in person or using Microsoft Teams for video calling. All you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. We will provide guidance and instructions on how to use this method if your interview is being held virtually.

This role is supervising service users on Court Orders undertaking unpaid work within the local community. The role is lone working with up to 5 service users, with the support of the team based in the office. The ideal candidate would be able to lead the way in daily work tasks given by the co-ordinator. This role involves demonstrating, teaching, overseeing work such as creative arts, gardening, painting, litter picking and workshop based tasks while working alongside service users. We are looking for a punctual, non-judgemental person, who can display positive role modelling and has the ability to motivate service users into daily work tasks. While we do not look for trade specific qualifications, a keen interest and ability in gardening, painting, woodwork etc. would be beneficial.
