An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for this 21 hour post to join a small team focusing on early intervention and prevention within North Ayrshire. You will be working alongside a small team of social work staff who are co-located with Health Visiting Services. This post will be located in Kilwinning within an education setting and you will be based alongside Social Work and Health Visiting Service.

You will be working in collaboration with parents and other supporting services to provide early support and help to families. The team adopt a strength-based approach and are passionate about working alongside families in a trauma informed way and with a focus on establishing relationship-based practice.

Your focus will be to identify and provide support to families to prevent complex issues arising/escalating. You will assist families to develop links within their communities and create opportunities for sustained connection.
