Job Summary

We may conduct our interviews in person or using Microsoft Teams for video calling. All you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. We will provide guidance and instructions on how to use this method if your interview is being held virtually.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Three Towns Care Management and Review team based at the Saltcoats Town Hall. You will be part of a mixed team of social workers and social work assistants who partake in a duty rota as well as assessment, review and care management of complex situations for residents ages 18+ who live within the Stevenston, Saltcoats and Ardrossan locality. Your role will include identifying and minimising risk, completing full assessments as well as reviewing people in the community and care homes, Adult Support and Protection referrals and Adult's with Incapacity Case Conferences as well as other tasks identified by the team manager or senior manager. You will be hybrid working on a rota with your colleagues and will have access to training, annual leave and flexi. You will be provided with regular supervision from the team manager as well as peer support from the team and wider colleagues based within the building including service access, welfare reform and housing staff.
