We are seeking a highly motivated, compassionate, and dedicated Senior Residential Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring experience of residential child care, with a proven ability to build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people. They will be trauma-informed in their practice, understanding the impact of early adversity and using this knowledge to provide safe, nurturing, and therapeutic care.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, professional curiosity, and the ability to support and guide staff within a complex and dynamic residential environment.
