We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and resilient Recovery Development Worker to join our Drug Treatment and Testing Order (DTTO) team. The service is part of Ayrshire's Partnership Delivery Team who are based in Irvine but work on a Pan-Ayrshire basis.

This is a rewarding opportunity to use your own experiences to positively influence others and support behaviour change. Working as part of a team alongside social workers and addictions workers, you will deliver person centred, trauma informed support to individuals subject to this statutory Order.

Liaising with other key partners including health and wider recovery and social care services will also be crucial. You will play a vital role in building effective working relationships with service users in a boundaried and professional manner. This will entail helping to motivate service users, support engagement with treatment and helping to build individuals' confidence, skills and connections needed to initiate and maintain change.
