Location: Kilwinning Library St Winnings Lane Kilwinning, KA13 6EP

Rate: Β£13.48 – Β£13.78 per hour

Job Summary

Interviews may be conducted in person or via Microsoft Teams. You will need a device with a camera and internet access. Guidance will be provided for virtual interviews.

Information & Culture seeks a dynamic individual to join Kilwinning Library team. Responsibilities include providing front-line services to the community, lone working at times, and opening/closing the library.

Working hours are: Week 1: Mon 9.30am-1pm & 2pm-5pm, Tue 9.30am-1pm & 2pm-5pm, Wed 9.30am-12.30pm, Thu 9.30am-1pm & 2pm-5pm, Fri 9.30am-1pm & 2pm-5pm; Week 2: same as Week 1, except Wed off, plus Sat 9.30am-12.30pm.

PVG (Children)

This role involves Regulated Work with Children under the PVG Scheme, and applicants must not be barred from working with children.

Successful candidates\’ details will be entered into the PVG system to generate a form for completion.
