This post is to assist with the provision of high-quality cleaning within council buildings for the Facilities Management Team. We clean a variety of buildings across North Ayrshire estate which include Schools, Nurseries, Day Centres, Offices, Libraries, Residential Homes, Depots and Sheltered Housing Units.
This post is 52 weeks per year and is based within Moorburn Park Sheltered Housing Unit. The working hours can be flexible but must suit service requirements.
North Ayrshire Council uses a behavioural based approach throughout the recruitment process. This post is considered Regulated Work with Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act, 2007. Therefore, it is an offence to apply if you are barred from working with protected adults.
Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme Update check, prior to confirmation of employment being made by North Ayrshire Council.
