Job Summary

At Trindlemoss House, we provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in a small residential unit. We are currently recruiting for Support Workers who share our values and commitment to empowering people to thrive.

  • Provide compassionate, respectful, and tailored support to individuals, helping them achieve their personal goals and aspirations.
  • You will work collaboratively with a skilled multidisciplinary team to deliver care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
  • Support individuals who may present with behaviours of concern, using trauma-informed and positive behaviour support approaches.
  • Champion inclusion, choice, and meaningful engagement in daily life and community activities.
  • While contributing to care planning, risk assessments, and reviews, ensuring the voice of the person is central to all decisions.
