This is a key leadership position combining staff management responsibilities with hands on support for the individuals who live at Trindlemoss House. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the unit, provide guidance and supervision to Support Workers, and model best practice in delivering compassionate, trauma informed care. You will also play a central role in supporting residents to achieve positive outcomes through personalised support plans, active engagement, and consistent, high quality practice.
