An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Worker to join the Children and Families team in the Irvine Locality. In this role, you would be working alongside other professionals to create multi-agency care plans providing early, preventative, statutory and child protection interventions to children and families in our area.
The team are passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people, practising in an innovative way, and we are looking for another member of staff to complement the existing service. We are a supportive team and we work hard to embed children and young person-focused frameworks such as The Promise and Signs of Safety.
The wider Partnership is also heavily invested in the development of the community and staff, therefore this is a great opportunity to come and work in North Ayrshire.
This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act, 2007. Therefore, it is an offence to apply if you are barred from working with children or protected adults.

Pre-employment checks will be conducted. This role requires 100% of time spent working agile (flexibly) and interacting with others. You will be able to work at home, in the office, or at multiple locations. You may be required to attend the office on set days/rota basis as the role requires.
