Reporting to the Catering Supervisor, you will assist in the provision of a quality catering service within this location and associated locations, as required. As a Facilities Assistant/Driver within a kitchen, you will prepare and serve meals, operate a till and undertake specific cleaning duties.
You must have the ability to work under pressure, be a team player, operate within food safety and nutritional guidelines and hold a valid UK driving license.
This post is considered Regulated Work with Children, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act, 2007. Therefore, it is an offence to apply if you are barred from working with children. Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme Update check, prior to confirmation of employment being made by North Ayrshire Council.
