You'll be part of a busy Contact Centre, providing a high standard of customer care, resolving enquiries, updating systems, and helping customers get the support they need. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and wants to make a positive difference to communities across North Ayrshire. North Ayrshire Council uses behavioural based approach throughout the recruitment process.
