Support individuals who may present with behaviours that are perceived as challenging, using trauma-informed and positive behaviour support approaches.

Champion inclusion, choice, and meaningful engagement in daily life and community activities.

While contributing to care planning, risk assessments, and reviews, ensuring the voice of the person is central to all decisions.
