This post is based within HSCP Care at Home Services in Cunninghame House, which provides a high-quality customer focused service, dealing directly with queries from colleagues, service users, service users' family and other professionals who may be either internal or external, through appropriate communication.
The team is a fast-paced environment. The role will cover:
- Answering telephone queries
- Minute taking
- Retrieving and maintaining data from a range of computerised and manual systems
- Maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity throughout
- Other duties as required
