This is an exciting opportunity for an 18 month temporary position within Waste Services Operations Team. The main role of this position is for the collection of Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs), Upholstered Domestic Seating (WUDS) and white goods. This is a physically demanding role which involves manual handling of heavy domestic appliances and bulky household furniture. The core hours are Monday to Thursday 7am to 3pm and Friday 7am to 2.30pm. Must be willing to work overtime/weekends as and when required.
