We are seeking a skilled and motivated Building Surveyor to join our dynamic local authority Estates Team, supporting the effective management of a diverse and high profile commercial property portfolio. In this key technical role, you will lead on condition surveys, diagnose building defects, prepare specifications, manage landlord repairs and dilapidations, and provide professional advice that directly informs strategic estate management. You will play a vital part in safeguarding the Council’s assets by ensuring statutory compliance, overseeing maintenance works, and contributing to investment decisions across a wide range of operational, industrial and commercial premises.
