Facilities Management have an exciting job opportunity available for an Assistant Facilities Officer. We are seeking a hard working, hands-on individual to work across all required areas of North Ayrshire. You will be flexible in your approach to work across all required areas of North Ayrshire to supervise and assist teams of Cleaners/Facilities Assistants. Reporting to an Area Officer, you will assist in managing the smooth cleaning operation of a Short Stay Hostel in Ardrossan, all cleaning in Temporary Furnished Flats and Public Toilets throughout the district, plus allocated facilities across the authority.
Applicants should be flexible in regards to start/finish times to suit the needs of the service, including occasional weekend working to cover holidays/sickness etc., and a current driving licence is essential. This post is 52 weeks and is subject to PVG, driving licence and Occupational Health checks. Must be flexible to meet the needs of service.
