An opportunity for a qualified Mental Health Officer to join the North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership Hospital Discharge Team. The role, based primarily out of Crosshouse Hospital, would involve undertaking AWI related casework including applications for Guardianships and Guardianship reviews.
