This role is based within the Equipment Store for Care at Home Services, delivering a high quality, customer focused service. The post holder will respond to enquiries from colleagues, service users, their families and a range of internal and external professionals, using appropriate and effective communication in person and on the telephone.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative duties – Enter, retrieve and maintain information across a range of computerised and manual systems while ensuring confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Appointment booking – Schedule appointments by telephone for technicians.
- Stock Control – Order supplies and support stock management processes.
- Regular Minute Taking.
- Invoicing Processing – Process invoices in line with North Ayrshire Council’s financial procedures.
- Policy Compliance – Ensure full adherence to all North Ayrshire Council policies and procedures.
Additional Information: The position is office based only. Monday – Friday within the equipment store.
