Job Summary

Temporary for 12 months.

We may conduct our interviews in person or using Microsoft Teams for video calling. All you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. We will provide guidance and instructions on how to use this method if your interview is being held virtually.

This post is located within our Equipment Store, providing admin support to the Store Managers. Entering, filling, retrieving and maintaining data from a range of computerised and manual systems, maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity where appropriate. Ordering supplies and / or stock control, processing invoices, all in accordance with North Ayrshire Council financial procedures. Undertake mail duties, receiving and dispatching mail on behalf of the partnership as appropriate. Ensure that all NAC policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.
