You will play a key role in shaping and strengthening operational delivery across the organisation, ensuring high-quality services while supporting innovation, growth, and long-term sustainability.

- Location: Flexible within North & West Gloucestershire (hybrid working available)
- Hours: 1.0 FTE (approx. 37 hours per week)
- Salary: £44,163
- Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Annual leave and benefits: 27 days plus Bank Holidays, Contribution of 7% based on 4% employee contribution, Employee Assistance Scheme, Birthday Leave, Christmas Closure, Flexible Working Policy
What are the responsibilities?
- Lead and support advice, health, and community service teams to deliver high-quality and effective services.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, service performance, staffing, and resource planning.
- Use data and insight to support continuous improvement, decision-making, and operational performance.
- Support workforce development, including staff training, volunteer engagement, and organisational capacity planning.
- Work with senior leaders, partners, and funders to support service development, organisational growth, and positive outcomes for communities.
- Ensure services operate in line with quality standards, safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection requirements.
