Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. Current/Active license in good standing in this state. One-year general dentist practice experience. Molar endo and extractions experience preferred. Available Thursdays and Fridays.
