Who we are: North Air is responsible for providing into-plane services on behalf of major oil companies. We operate at 20 locations across the UK, where we carry out approximately 300,000 fuelling’s per year. We aim to provide safe, reliable and efficient into-plane services to our customers' satisfaction.
Job Purpose: We require a qualified HGV Maintenance Technician to maintain our fleet of aircraft refuelling vehicles. The HGV Maintenance Technician will hold a valid Class C (HGV Class 2 licence) as a minimum. Based at our Heathrow Airport site but with a requirement to support our operations across North Air. A van will be provided for travel. This role is Monday - Friday 07.00 - 15.00 and overtime is available with the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a team responsible for planned and non-planned maintenance for a mixed fleet, such as 7.5t hydrant dispensers and 20,000 – 44,000ltr refuellers
- New vehicle commissioning and where necessary factory inspection visits
- Maintaining close working relationships with the Maintenance Manager, 3rd parties and stakeholders
- Ensuring that Health and Safety regulations are adhered to
