ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Production Assistant to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment and wants to build a career in production across events, influencer, and creative campaigns. You will support across all production workstreams from event planning and logistics through to creative mailer, influencer gifting, and press box production ensuring every project is executed to NORTH’s high standards, on time and on budget.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Event & Production Execution
- Event Support: Support the creative manager and producers across all stages of event planning and execution, including operations, creative, logistics, production, and technical, from inception through to completion.
- Creative Mailer, Influencer & Press Box Production: Own the end‑to‑end production of creative mailers, influencer gifting, and press boxes, from initial concept support, quoting, print production, fulfilment, and delivery ensuring every send is on‑brand, on‑brief, and executed seamlessly on time in budget.
- Creative Support: Support the creative team with input to ideas, including research, presentation updates and site research and visits when required.
- Onsite Event Support: Work onsite during events for load‑in, live event, and strike. Domestic and international travel may be required.
- Project & Budget Management
- Budget Management: Ensure all project costs are accounted for throughout the production from start to finish. Inclusive of receipt documentation and tracker updates.
- Administration: Organise project files and folders, update project templates, and help prepare project documents including production schedules, run‑of‑shows, critical paths, schedules and presentations.
- Scheduling: Schedule team meetings, take thorough meeting notes on client facing and calls and internal, and assist with distributing recaps to internal teams and clients.
- Supplier & Client Relations
- Vendor and Supplier Relations: Coordinate suppliers and vendors, including initial research, contracting, briefing, and liaison, ensuring adherence to NORTH’s standards at every stage.
- Client Communication: Support client communications and project updates as required, maintaining a professional and responsive approach.
ABOUT YOU
- A minimum of 2 years’ onsite event, production or agency experience.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
- Driven, solutions‑focused, and intuitive, you anticipate what’s needed before being asked.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to prioritise tasks across multiple live projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working as part of a cross‑functional team spanning production, creative, and operations.
- A strong interest in beauty and lifestyle brands.
- Can confidently use Canva, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel.
