The Influencer Manager is a pivotal role leading the delivery of best-in‑class, creatively led influencer and advocacy campaigns across some of our biggest beauty clients. This role is central to bringing influencer campaigns to life spanning insights and strategy, creator discovery, creative briefing, content management, and performance reporting.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as a lead point of contact for clients and internal cross‑functional teams across all influencer and VIP talent programmes.
- Contribute to the development of client influencer strategies, approach recommendations, and new business pitches.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with clients, supporting presentations and delivering clear, well‑structured campaign updates.
- Own the end‑to‑end planning and delivery of paid influencer marketing campaigns across beauty clients, executed to the highest standard.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, creators, and VIPs through in‑person and online connections, securing standout opportunities that drive results for clients.
- Lead insight creator discovery, outreach, negotiations, content delivery timelines, and content monitoring across campaign lifecycles.
- Confidently manage high‑level contracts and talent negotiations, ensuring commercial terms are clear, compliant, and protect client interests.
- Maintain campaign trackers, schedules, and documentation to support efficient, organised delivery to NORTH standards.
- Craft compelling, insight‑led creative briefs informed by social trends, platform best practices, cultural nuance, and creative originality.
- Have a clear understanding of KPI success metrics and performance analytics, setting KPIs and targets for each of your campaigns aligned to the client objectives.
- Develop the strategic gifting list framework for client approval, ensuring talent selection aligns with campaign objectives and prioritises high‑quality, high‑converting influencers with strong brand affinity and advocacy potential.
- Oversee influencer selection and timelines for large‑scale gifting programmes across the UK and USA.
- Oversee outreach, opt‑ins, and coordination to meet campaign requirements and timelines, ensuring full compliance with data management protocols.
- Oversee event invite lists tailored to the profiles and objectives of each client activation.
- Confidently work with influencer reporting and analytics platforms such as Traackr and Tribe Dynamics.
- Stay on top of emerging creators, trends, and platforms; monitor competitor activity and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and the wider team.
- Create, update, and monitor influencer campaign trackers throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor junior members of the influencer team, setting clear expectations and actively investing in their development.
- Oversee and quality‑control the work of junior team members, ensuring all workflows are delivered on time and within budget.
