Key Behaviours

At NORTH, how you work matters as much as what you deliver. At Accounts Executive level, we look for:

  • Ownership: Takes full ownership of tasks assigned, and follows them through to completion without being chased.
  • First-principle thinking: Asks questions to understand the ‘why’ behind a task, not just the ‘what’.
  • Team impact: A reliable team player who supports wherever help is needed, however small the task.
  • Communication: Clear, prompt and professional with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Client judgement: Building an eye for what ‘good’ looks like for the client and the brand.
