Your Daily Role:

  • Operate the production line and support equipment
  • Perform line set‑ups and changeovers as needed
  • Leads and guides production associates working on the production line
  • Follows production plan while minimizing the risk of downtime, wasted product, and supplies
  • Responsible for the safety and food safety of the production line
  • Complete line inspections and applicable related paperwork
  • Responsible for process and quality procedures for the line he/she operates
  • Work with the supervisor to achieve daily productivity and recovery goals
  • Help to produce the highest quality of finished product
  • Adhere to all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety
  • Report any food safety, health & safety, and quality issues and initiate action, as necessary
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees as needed
  • Other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Your Profile:

  • Ability to work seasonally – any time between June and November
  • 60‑84/week with OT over 40 hours
