Your Daily Role:
- Operate the production line and support equipment
- Perform line set‑ups and changeovers as needed
- Leads and guides production associates working on the production line
- Follows production plan while minimizing the risk of downtime, wasted product, and supplies
- Responsible for the safety and food safety of the production line
- Complete line inspections and applicable related paperwork
- Responsible for process and quality procedures for the line he/she operates
- Work with the supervisor to achieve daily productivity and recovery goals
- Help to produce the highest quality of finished product
- Adhere to all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety
- Report any food safety, health & safety, and quality issues and initiate action, as necessary
- Support onboarding and training of new employees as needed
- Other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Your Profile:
- Ability to work seasonally – any time between June and November
- 60‑84/week with OT over 40 hours
