THE ROLE:
- Contribute to the deployment of HR programs, processes or projects;
- Provide coaching, guidance and advice to managers on workforce management, interpretation of company policies and procedures, work attendance management, administration of benefits, Temporary Foreign Worker Program, administration of the collective agreement and sound management of labor relations, change management, and related communications;
- Identify obstacles to success and contribute to proactive dispute resolution in order to foster a culture of collaboration and openness where the individual contributes to collective success;
- Help the site achieve its objectives by identifying issues and proposing proactive solutions;
- Look after the interests of employees and the company in accordance with HR policies and applicable government laws and regulations;
- Work in partnership with the union, interpret the collective agreement and collaborate on a daily basis with managers in order to be both a trusted interlocutor and spokesperson for employees;
- Strengthen human resources strategies by promoting continuous improvement and best practices;
- Disseminate the Nortera culture through its interventions and encourage commitment to the values and priorities of the organization among managers and all employees.
PROFILE:

- You are recognized for your ability to work towards the future or a desired outcome without having all the necessary details and your sense of problem solving.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience including experience in a consulting role and in a unionized environment.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, member of ORHRI is an asset.
