Nortech Foods is looking for a proactive and driven Quality System Supervisor to join our team in Doncaster.

Working closely with the Group Quality & Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing our Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, legislation, and customer requirements.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Maintaining and improving Quality Management Systems in line with BRC and legislative requirements.
  • Leading internal audits and supporting external audits, ensuring effective corrective actions.
  • Monitoring food safety, legality, authenticity, GMP, and hygiene standards.
  • Investigating complaints, non-conformances, and quality trends.
  • Producing quality reports, analytical summaries, and monthly quality presentations.
  • Supporting training initiatives and promoting a strong quality culture across the site.
  • Liaising with suppliers, customers, laboratories, and internal stakeholders.
  • Managing documentation, specifications, customer questionnaires, and compliance records.

What We're Looking For:

  • Essential:
    • Level 3 HACCP Qualification
    • Level 3 Food Safety Qualification
    • Food Hygiene Qualification
    • Experience managing and improving quality systems
    • Experience leading or supporting GFSI audits (BRC, ISO22000)
    • Manufacturing or FMCG industry experience
    • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Desirable:
    • Degree in a Food Safety-related discipline
    • Multi-site organisation experience
    • Knowledge of Food & Feed legislation, Animal By-Products, and Waste regulations
    • Full UK Driving Licence
