We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and expand our Cybersecurity and Defence business in the UK. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth. As Sales Director, you will shape cyber and defence go-to-market strategies, inspire a high-performing cross-functional team, and engage senior decision-makers to deliver secure and transformational outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Growth & Strategy – Drive profitable growth by setting ambitious sales targets, creating go-to-market strategies, and ensuring they are executed successfully.
  • Build Lasting Relationships – Engage directly with C-level executives, senior decision-makers, and stakeholders across government and defence, becoming a trusted advisor on cybersecurity.
  • Expand Nortal's Presence – Identify and pursue new market opportunities while strengthening and expanding existing accounts through cross-selling and long-term engagement.
  • Sales Excellence & Performance – Own the pipeline, oversee forecasting, and track key metrics to ensure consistent performance and accountability.

  • Shape Winning Proposals – Oversee and guide the bid and proposal process, ensuring submissions clearly demonstrate Nortal's value and stand out in competitive markets.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Cybersecurity with a proven track record in complex, consultative sales environments.
