Overview

We design, build and run digital systems for governments, healthcare institutions and some of the world's largest companies, from offices across Europe, the GCC and North America. Enterprise Europe brings our private-sector work in Germany, the UK, Benelux, Finland and Estonia into one team, one portfolio and one P&L.

The UK is one of our primary growth markets. We already have live enterprise engagements, a dedicated hunting presence, strong references and a full portfolio of services. Our ambition for the UK is large, and we say so openly. What we need now is a leader whose own ambition matches ours, and who will take ownership of the market and scale it.

As Business Area Director UK, you are our country lead and general manager for our Enterprise business. You own the UK P&L end to end: the clients we serve today, the business we win next, the growth plan and the team that delivers it. You will be as at home in a client boardroom as in a pipeline review or a debate about which propositions we lead with.

This is a player-coach role. You will open doors yourself, not only manage the people who do.

Responsibilities

Our existing clients. You become the senior face of Nortal to our UK enterprise clients. You lead our AI expansion in the UK, bringing offerings such as AI-led legacy modernization, agentic software delivery and real-time analytics into current and new accounts, and building the local references that sustain them. You grow accounts across our full portfolio, from staff augmentation into advisory, project delivery, managed outsourcing and global capability centers. And you set a steady account rhythm, so every converted account has a named owner, regular expansion reviews and honest client check-ins.

New business. You build your own list of target enterprise accounts and open them personally. You lead and grow the UK hunting team, making sure every first meeting carries the full range of what we offer. With us, you decide which sectors and propositions the UK leads with, tested against our delivery capability and references. New logos are the start. Expansion is the business model.

The shared engine. You work closely with Enterprise Europe's sales and marketing team, so UK outreach follows real campaign signals rather than cold volume. You feed market intelligence back into that engine, bring experts from across the group into UK pursuits and champion cross-sell in both directions. You win when Enterprise Europe wins.

The P&L. You carry full accountability for UK revenue, margin, cost base and investment decisions. You build and defend the growth plan, report against it with clean pipeline discipline, and balance short-cycle revenue with long enterprise pursuits so growth is both fast and durable.

What success looks like

In your first six months, you know the UK portfolio and pipeline inside out. Expansion plays are running in every active account, your target accounts are in active pursuit and our first AI offerings have landed.

By the end of your first year, the UK P&L is at or ahead of plan. At least one account has grown from a first engagement into a multi-service relationship, and the UK growth engine of hunting, account management and marketing alignment runs without depending on any single person.

Beyond that, the UK becomes Enterprise Europe's flagship market, visibly on track to its long-term ambition, with the team, clients and offering mix to match.

Qualifications

You are a proven commercial leader in UK IT services or technology consulting. You have owned a P&L, carried a number and grown a business area or country operation substantially. You have done both sides of the job: expanding enterprise accounts into multi-service relationships, and opening new logos at C-level yourself.

You are credible on AI. You can hold a real conversation with a CIO or CTO about modernization, AI-native delivery and where the market is heading, without a specialist in the room. You have sold across a broad services portfolio, including staffing, professional services, managed delivery and nearshore, offshore or GCC models, and long enterprise sales cycles don't faze you.

You are a builder: ambitious, hands-on and resilient, and at ease in a scale-up inside a larger group where the playbook is still being written. You work through shared teams across borders rather than building a silo, and you make cross-sell the obvious choice.

You are based in or around London, have the right to work in the UK and are happy to travel across Europe regularly.

Why join

A genuine leadership mandate: P&L ownership, a live client base, an existing team and a group-level commitment to the UK as a primary growth market.

The full weight of the Nortal group behind you, including our AI offerings, deep expert and delivery capability, a shared marketing and inbound engine, and reference cases across Europe.

A competitive base salary and performance incentive tied directly to UK results, with details discussed during the process.

And a seat at the Enterprise Europe leadership table as we build a new kind of European technology company.
