In this role as the HR Specialist you will be part of our Global HR Delivery function. You will support attracting, retaining, supporting and developing talent globally. Each member of our team plays a key part in making the employee experience positive throughout their journey. You will drive the day‑to‑day HR function forward, contribute to implementing key HR strategies and act as an employee champion and change agent across Norstella.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, reporting needs, learning & development and general employee questions.
  • Support the HR team with day‑to‑day HR tasks.
  • Support various initiatives across the HR Centers of Excellence.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure all changes are entered appropriately.
  • Serve as primary contact for HR related questions and tasks.
  • Assist with implementation, communication and maintenance of all HR programs and policies.
  • Manage non‑complex employee relation cases that arise, including researching and understanding relevant employment law and knowing when to elevate.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and alignment with company culture and values.
  • Perform ad‑hoc work/special projects as necessary to support Norstella on various internal HR initiatives.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across different cultures.
  • Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new Norstella initiatives and needs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
  • Dedicated to upholding Norstella’s high‑quality standards and customer service focus.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
