The Defence team is looking for an experienced & motivated Purchasing Officer to join the team. This role will coordinate the procurement of goods & services required for our projects to ensure we meet our customers' expectations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the selection of suppliers with production, engineering & wider teams.
- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure materials and services are ordered and supplied in accordance with quality and operational requirements.
- Assist with estimation of material and services.
- Prepare, process, issue, and receive purchase orders.
- Maintain and update supplier information and purchasing records.
Qualifications
- Eligibility to hold Security Clearance.
- Proven experience in a structured, project‑driven environment.
