The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced & motivated Project Manager to join our Defence team, based at our Tomago site.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Australian Citizen.
- Eligible for an Australian Defence security clearance.
- Proven experience in delivering Defence projects.
- Capable of project planning, execution, and risk management.
- Knowledge of project & enterprise IT systems for efficient delivery & reporting.
- Proven ability to lead & coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a professional & collaborative manner.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all projects are conducted in compliance with Defence security obligations.
- Plan, manage & deliver projects across the full lifecycle.
- Maintain professional & proactive relations with customers & stakeholders.
- Develop & maintain project schedules, budgets & management plans.
- Provide mentoring & performance feedback to team members to foster a collaborative and outcomes-focused delivery culture.
- Manage specialist contractors and suppliers with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure quality & compliance.
