The ICT Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining IT systems, providing technical support, and resolving issues to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. Based in Tomago, this role is key to supporting our users, maintaining system integrity, and improving overall efficiency within our systems.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide first and second‑line support to users, resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
  • Monitor and manage IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades.
  • Document technical processes and user guides for reference.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to improve service delivery.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies and systems.

To be considered for this role:

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an IT support role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices is an advantage.
  • Australian citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this role.
